Full Intensive is the elite program designed for those who want tangible results in a defined time frame, without compromises. Unlike a classic personal training course, Full Intensive involves a constant commitment of 3 weekly sessions for 3 months, ensuring a methodical and seamless approach. Each workout is designed to bring you to maximum performance, working on customized strategies that combine targeted training with professional nutritional support.

The program includes 3 personal training sessions per week for 3 months, a first visit with a nutritionist to analyze dietary needs and define the best nutritional approach, A personalized food plan to support your progress and 2 nutritional check-ups to monitor results and optimize your journey. Full Intensive is dedicated to those who want an effective method to improve their physical fitness without wasting time.
